Everyones breastfeeding journey is different, it always takes a few days or a week for your milk to come in after giving birth. I never felt as though I made enough to exclusively breastfeed Vivienne and I was desperately wanting to find ways to up my supply. These lactation cookies not only taste ah-mazing but they really worked a treat. Both my sisters and myself used this recipe all with great results. Key ingredients are flaxseed meal, brewers yeast and oats, which all aid in the production of breastmilk. For those of you who know us well this won’t be new to you but we are so excited to announce that our little family will be growing by one in late October.
Cameron and I have been talking about children since before we got married, it was always something on cards and in our not too distant future.
