Lactation Cookies

Everyones breastfeeding journey is different, it always takes a few days or a week for your milk to come in after giving birth. I never felt as though I made enough to exclusively breastfeed Vivienne and I was desperately wanting to find ways to up my supply. These lactation cookies not only taste ah-mazing but they really worked a treat. Both my sisters and myself used this recipe all with great results. Key ingredients are flaxseed meal, brewers yeast and oats, which all aid in the production of breastmilk.
